Take a Break Step away for a few minutes (or longer).
Breathe Deep breaths help calm you down.
Try Something Else Play a different game or do another activity.
Talk About It Tell someone how you're feeling.
Remember It's a Game At the end of the day, games are supposed to be fun.

- You're making more mistakes because you're mad

Games are for fun. When they stop being fun, it's okay to stop!
